“Hi! My name is David Kotowski and welcome to Handle It! Marketing, an online resource for those seeking sales and marketing ideas or anyone else who has a passion for communicating effectively communicating. While I’d like to think that I was born to do this, my zeal for Marketing probably started when I began leasing apartments in May 2001.  I really enjoyed it (plus sales skills seemed to come naturally to me) and with the help of several amazing mentors I was able to grow and advance.  Currently I am the Marketing Director for a large developer, builder, owner, and manager of apartment communities in Atlanta, GA.

I’ve always been interested in the way people think and I am constantly seeking new ideas and practices that will further my overall understanding. The idea for this site actually came from that; first as an outlet for me to express my thoughts and then as a way to share my ideas with others.

In case you were wondering about the name, it comes from an expression that I used to use as an on site manager to motivate my team.  At times when they would question themselves unnecessarily I would remind them to “Handle It!” because I knew were capable and I would support whatever they were doing.
